Architect Stefano Boeri has an amazing concept called Vertical Forest. The project began with two towers built in the new gate district of Milan. The towers are 80 meters and 112 meters high, but this is not their most important feature. What makes them stand out is the array of trees, which are planted on the balcony and surround all four sides. There are a total of 900 trees and 5,000 shrubs and 11,000 flower plants on the tower. The idea behind this project is to purify the city’s air and reduce pollution.
The sun is a huge source of energy, and we are already very good at collecting and using it in our homes. Solar structures are becoming more and more popular, and sometimes we need the right source of inspiration. KODA is a miniature prefabricated home with off-grid lighting that is perfect for those who want to get away from it and spend some time in a remote place.
